The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized Payment Operations Specialist to join our in-office team in Montreal. In this role

What You’ll Do
Process merchant account updates and repricing,
Manage operational workflows,
Collaborate across departments,
Support projects
Help improve internal processes

What We’re Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in operations or payments




Excellent attention to detail
Microsoft Word/ Excel proficiency
Comfort learning multiple platforms.
Merchant services or T-SYS, Fiserv, Elavon, Repay experience is a plus
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.

Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
