Laurier Optical is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant - Optical (Eyewear) Lab to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our eyewear lab, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Unpack customer orders prior to lens production
Match lenses from stockroom with corresponding customer orders
Match incoming inventory with pending customer orders
Pack finished eyewear products for delivery to retail stores
Perform administrative tasks to support lab operations
Maintain organized workspaces and manage time effectively
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail
Previous experience in a lab or inventory setting is an asset
