Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS systems for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented
Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing returns, and exchanges




Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
Manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently during shifts

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos and technical explanations
Organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and store presentation
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Basic cashiering skills including cash handling and transaction processing
