Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle rentals, returns, and inquiries in a qualified manner
Cleaning rental vehicles
Maintain an organized vehicle lot by parking, moving, washing and securing vehicles efficiently
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and proper documentation
Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals and deposits while maintaining detailed records
Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns
Support dealership activities by managing vehicle inventory updates and lot signage
Promote safety protocols by monitoring lot activity and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly
Requirements
Previous dealership or automotive service experience is preferred but not required
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly valued
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles as needed
