As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential as you greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure productive seating arrangements. Your experience in food service and familiarity with POS systems will further enhance your ability to support our restaurant operations effectively.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage reservations and waitlists, providing accurate wait times to guests.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and taking reservations with excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Assist with takeout and delivery orders by ensuring orders are complete and correctly packaged.
Support food running
Ensure appropriate condiments, sauces, sides, and accompaniments are included before orders leave the kitchen.
Communicate clearly with BOH regarding missing items, incorrect dishes, modifications, and order priorities
Review orders before they leave the kitchen for accuracy, presentation, modifications, sides, and completeness

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per year
