Join our agile construction team as a full-time Traffic Control Person (TCP), where you will play a vital role in ensuring safety and smooth traffic flow at construction sites. As a TCP, you will be responsible for directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, maintaining safety protocols, and supporting paving and heavy equipment operations. Duties
Set up and maintain traffic control devices such as signs, cones, barriers, and flagging equipment to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely around construction zones
Direct traffic flow according to established plans, ensuring safety for workers, drivers, and pedestrians
Communicate clearly with construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians to provide instructions and updates
Assist with the operation of heavy equipment when necessary, following all safety procedures
Support paving activities by coordinating vehicle movements and ensuring proper site access
Conduct routine inspections of traffic control setups to ensure compliance with safety standards and make adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities,



incidents, and safety checks to ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date

Qualifications
Prior experience in construction or traffic control roles is highly preferred
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a strong advantage
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
Solid communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and the public
Valid certifications in traffic control or flagging are a plus; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held
Experience with paving or general construction projects is beneficial but not mandatory
Commitment to following safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment

Pay: $21.00-$33.00 per hour
