Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive music lesson plans tailored to students’ ages and skill levels
Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions to improve musical proficiency
Foster a supportive and inspiring classroom environment that encourages student participation
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
Organize and lead performances, recitals, or musical events to showcase student talents
Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support student development




Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety during activities

Skills
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching music to children or students of various ages
Strong knowledge of music theory, instruments, and performance techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for fostering musical growth in students
Basic skills in classroom management and organization
