Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant & Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend administrative excellence with creative digital marketing strategies. You will be pivotal in managing day-to-day office operations while elevating our online presence through engaging social media campaigns and digital content. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will help us streamline processes, enhance brand visibility, and connect authentically with our audience across multiple platforms.

Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management to ensure smooth office operations
Coordinate social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram
Manage digital marketing campaigns
Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Follow up with leads and outstanding quotes

Skills
Solid written and verbal communication
Excellent organization and attention to detail




Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and Stories
Basic graphic design/content creation skills
Experience with Canva is an asset
Ability to edit short-form videos is an asset

We're looking for someone who can help keep the office organized while consistently keeping Vent Kings active online. You'll play an important role in customer communication, lead follow-up, scheduling, and building our social media presence.

We're not looking for someone who simply posts content. We want someone who can understand our brand, recognize positive content opportunities, and help turn our day-to-day work into marketing that gets attention and generates business.

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
