Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during cleaning processes
Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas during service hours when needed
Follow all safety protocols and hygiene regulations consistently to prevent contamination or accidents
Contribute positively to team efforts by staying organized, proactive, and attentive to detail

Qualifications




Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling and food preparation practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
Prior hotel or food service experience is a plus but not mandatory
