Join our dynamic team at Solstice Beauty Lounge in beautiful Squamish BC- as a Full Time Nail Technician and bring beauty, confidence, and relaxation to our valued clients! In this energetic role, you’ll deliver expert nail care services while creating a welcoming environment that keeps clients coming back! Your passion for nail artistry combined with excellent customer service skills will help elevate our salon experience. This is an hourly paid position (+ commison %) that offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and the chance to showcase your creativity every day.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, GelX, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a protected and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
Upsell retail products such as nail care items, lotions, and polishes to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Communicate clearly with clients about their treatments,



aftercare instructions, and available service options
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure smooth daily operations

Experience
Previous experience as a Nail Technician with a solid portfolio of nail art and design skills
Knowledge of body waxing techniques (is a bonus), and best practices for sanitation and client comfort
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products naturally while providing excellent service
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
Prior experience in retail sales or promoting salon products is a plus but not required
Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe salon environment

Pay: $18.25-$33.25 per hour
