As a Subway® Food Service Supervisor, you'll work alongside your team to ensure excellent customer service, maintain Subway® brand standards, and support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

What You'll Do

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will:
Lead by example by performing all duties of a Subway® Sandwich Artist.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
Train, coach, and support new and existing team members.
Assist with scheduling staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Supervise team members during shifts and provide direction as needed.
Monitor food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory control and ordering.
Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
Complete daily reports, cash handling, and other administrative paperwork.
Ensure Subway® operational standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Complete required University of Subway® training and assist team members with ongoing development.
Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of food service experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous Subway® experience is considered a solid asset.
English language proficiency.
