Role Description

Quality Assurance Specialists Level 1 & Level 2+ to join our team for our 2026 shutdown season. We have an extensive lineup of projects, from now through October.

You will be responsible for technical oversight and ensuring the mechanical integrity of our heat exchanger and piping projects. Your focus will include:
Visual & Technical Inspection: Performing Level 1 & Level 2 inspections and ensuring all work meets ASME, API, and CWB standards.
Documentation Management: Leading the development of weld maps, NDE requests,



and final turnover packages (TOP).
Supervision: Providing guidance to junior inspectors and working directly with the Site Superintendent to resolve field discrepancies.
Compliance: Verifying material certifications and ensuring all procedures (WPS/PQR) are strictly followed.

Requirements:
Level 1 Certification: Minimum QA/QC certification
Level 2 Certification: Minimum CWB Level 2 or CWI (AWS) certification.
Experience: 2+ years in industrial quality control, specifically with heat exchangers and pressure equipment.
Skills: Level 2 -Expert-level knowledge of NDE methods and the ability to read complex isometrics and blueprints.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (Day or Night) in a shutdown workplace.
