Responsibilities
Prepare Halal Pakistani ingredients and components for menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring consistent quality.
Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high levels of food presentation.
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organizing supplies to streamline kitchen operations.
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes and maintaining cleanliness in workstations.




Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements
Previous food service experience or Pakistani / Indian restaurant kitchen operations is preferred.
Knowledge of Tandoor handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities in the kitchen.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
