Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines to ensure optimal food handling practices
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and prioritizing tasks




Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests

Requirements
Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role within a restaurant or food service setting
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling procedures
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience with serving customers directly is a plus but not required
