Bourbon Events is growing, and we’re looking for 2 reliable, outgoing Event Staff members to join our team!

We provide skilled event staffing for businesses, organizations, festivals, trade shows, corporate events, sporting events, retail promotions, nightlife venues, and special events throughout Medicine Hat and surrounding areas.

Depending on the event, you may work as:

Event Staff

Brand Ambassador

Event Host/Hostess

Promotional Staff

Product/Event Representative

Trade Show Staff

Registration & Check-In Staff

Mascot /Assistant/Character Support

Retail Promotion Staff

Tournament Event Staff

Festival & Community Event Staff

What You'll Do

Welcome and engage with guests

Represent client brands professionally

Help with registration, promotions, and guest activities

Distribute promotional materials

Assist event hosts and coordinators

Help create a fun, professional guest experience

Follow event-specific instructions and safety procedures

We're Looking For

Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality





Qualified appearance and attitude

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable speaking with the public

Strong communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous event, hospitality, sales, retail, or customer-service experience is an asset — but not required
