· All vehicles that are in for service are to be washed. floor mats cleaned, dash wiped down and drivers door sill wiped down. once completed, brought to the door for customers that are waiting and parked in the service lot for customers that are picking up later.

· Keep customer parking lot organized. Keep vehicles dropped off for service moved away from customer entrance door to the back of the lot. Once vehicles completed and washed, moved back to the side of the building later in the day. Back vehicle in for easy exit.

· Ensure that once vehicles are completed and ready for pick up, they can easily be accessed by customers.

· Bring vehicles to the door for customers when called upon.

· Key board organization. “in for service”, “to be washed” and “completed” by last number or repair order. Mark key tags if vehicles are pre-washed.

· All garbage cans emptied daily or more often as required.





· All customer vehicles in for service to be washed and occasionally vacuumed.

· Oil filters emptied from drain carts and carts drained.

· Return any batteries in shop during clean up to parts department.

· General and overall cleanliness of shop.

· Keep washrooms clean as needed

· Washed, vacuum and wipe down shuttle van at least once daily, more if conditions dictate. Minimum end of day. Wash and vacuum service loaner daily.

· Helps technicians as needed throughout the day.

· Ensure all vehicles that are left overnight be secured or inside shop as needed
