Join Tint Express as an Auto-Decor/accessories/installations Backend Helper (Fresher Can Apply Who are Rapid Learners) and start your journey in the automotive industry. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn backend operations like window tinting, detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, and basic automotive installations.

You will work closely with experienced technicians and gradually learn real hands-on skills while supporting daily shop operations.

Duties
Assist technicians with backend work such as tint prep, detailing prep, masking, and cleaning
Learn and support services like window tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, and basic electronic installations
Prepare vehicles before work (cleaning surfaces, organizing tools, staging materials)
Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely
Help in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
Support inventory handling (films, chemicals, tools, supplies)




Follow instructions from seniors and learn step-by-step processes
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
