Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Landscape Sales Associate to join our agile team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing expert advice, promoting our products, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with product information by telephone, in-person, or email
Support the Sales team as needed
Process purchase orders and invoices
Place orders and arrange delivery with customers
Assist with merchandising, pricing and restocking
Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Maintain organized displays and ensure the retail space is clean, inviting, and well-stocked

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skilled demeanor
Attention to detail
Previous sales experience with landscape materials
Landscaping knowledge and experience
Must be available to work Saturdays
Ability to work well in a team environment while providing outstanding customer service
