Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a qualified manner
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient service delivery

Requirements




Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and inventory management
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising practices, and customer service principles preferred
Demonstrated ability to upsell products through effective communication and product knowledge
