Duties
Operate commercial trucks safely across local, regional, or national routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns
Maintain accurate delivery logs, freight documentation, and delivery schedules for seamless operations
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle reliability and safety




Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify freight accuracy and assist with forklift operations when necessary
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently

Skills
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Physical stamina to load, unload, lift heavy items, and perform inspections as required

Pay: $36.00-$36.50 per hour
