We are seeking a driven, growth minded and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our sales team and drive business growth!
This role requires exceptional communication abilities to effectively negotiate and analyze sales strategies, communicate with our clients, and ensuring our team meets and exceeds targets.
Duties
Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance performance.
Identify customer needs for current business opportunities.
Manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Qualifications
Experience in a customer facing environment with sales experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Experience in account management,
with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
