Job Summary

As a Line Cook / Prep Cook, you’ll assist in preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes. You’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure every plate meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, measuring spices)
Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and prep area
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications




1+ year of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook (preferred)
Solid understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Food Handler Certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation or ability to relocate before starting
