Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent service. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a Gas Station/Convenience Store environment.

Requirements:
Must be willing to travel to, relocate or live in Campbell River.
Candidates must be of legal age to be considered for this position due to laws regulating lottery and tobacco.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience.

Job Description:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Operate the POS system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
Must be punctual, dependable, and hard-working.
Ability to work within a fast-paced setting.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently.
Assist with inventory and stocking as needed.

Experience:
Previous experience in a gas station/convenience store environment, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
Must be proficient in English.
Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are advantageous.
Solid organizational skills, communication skills, and time management are essential for success in this role.
