Our established Maple Ridge practice is searching for a confident, patient-focused qualified to help deliver an exceptional experience from the moment patients walk through the door. The Opportunity

Schedule: A consistent full time schedule that includes Saturdays.

Compensation: $30–$37 per hour, based on experience

About You:

You're someone who enjoys staying organized, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.



You communicate with confidence, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy being a dependable member of a collaborative team.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Three or more years of experience in dental administration
Experience managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an efficient daily schedule
Experience working with Practice Management Software (ex. Cleardent or Tracker)
Confidence communicating with patients in person and over the phone
Knowledge of dental insurance submissions, predeterminations, and pre-authorizations
Accounts receivable experience is considered an advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
