We are an established local concrete and asphalt company looking for an experienced skidsteer operator with concrete experience to work on residential and commercial projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties include:
operating skidsteer loader to prepare sites, lay asphalt and pour concrete
precisely and efficiently demolishing concrete and asphalt
helping set up and break down job sites, including loading and transporting materials
routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to make sure it is working properly
follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent incidents and accidents
collaborating with the construction team to finish projects on time and to specifications

ABOUT YOU

You are:
experienced doing concrete and asphalt demolition
a valuable driver with a clean record and valid licence




willing to work overtime
physically fit with no mobility issues
able to carry over 25 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
punctual and reliable
able to follow directions
motivated and responsible
able to work independently or as part of a team

Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned. Experience in the concrete industry is required. Experience operating other heavy machinery is an asset.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Experience:
skid-steer operating: 5 years (preferred)
