ICS is looking for the right person to join our team and take the lead in our busy kitchen. We do everything from Boxed Lunches and sandwiches, to Prime Rib Dinners, bbqs and plated 4 course Dinners. We are looking for a energetic individual that can be adaptable with their schedule and skillset. This is a full time position that will include teaching and supervising some of the younger staff, scheduling, product ordering, food costing and inventory, as well as food production on everything from soups, to salad dressings, to Preparing Prime Rib and cutting vegetables.
