Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
Maintain attractive merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals
Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, labeled correctly, and replenished regularly
Assist with inventory management by counting stock, recording discrepancies, and supporting stock transfers




Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Support cashiering duties with cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing tasks independently
Familiarity with retail settings enhances your ability to adapt quickly
Strong communication skills enable clear interactions with customers and team members alike
Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations
