Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service.




Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall property appearance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and timely service delivery.

Requirements
Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Demonstrated ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably for extended periods during shifts.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team workplace.
Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards or experience in hospitality settings is a plus.
