Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a quick-paced setting. This role involves serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, preparing and serving beverages during busy hours. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, lounge areas, and service stations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours or events.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.




Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes.
Maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, and sanitize surfaces.

Experience
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
Experience in food handling within the food industry is advantageous
