Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Sanitation Worker to maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic work workplace at our facility in Markham. The successful candidate will follow established sanitation procedures, workplace safety requirements, and cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, floors, walls, and common areas
Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
Remove waste and dispose of materials according to procedures
Complete assigned cleaning schedules and sanitation records
Identify and report safety, maintenance, or sanitation concerns
Follow health and safety policies and wear required PPE
Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned





Qualifications
Previous sanitation, industrial cleaning, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and in wet or changing-temperature environments
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
Available to work morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends or overtime when required
Legally eligible to work in Canada
