IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Order Pickers / Packers for a full-time opportunity in Guelph. This position is based in a cooler environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a quick-paced warehouse setting and have strong attention to detail.

Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
Use RF scanners to locate and process products
Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
Label, wrap, and prepare orders for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
Previous order picking, packing, or warehouse experience is an asset




Experience using RF scanners is preferred
Ability to lift up to 60lbs on occasional basis
Comfortable working in a cooler environment
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
