Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate patient enrollment and paperwork completion
• Advocate with third-party providers for coverage
• Schedule necessary diagnostic tests for patients




• Conduct Welcome Calls and patient follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records to meet reporting requirements

Requirements:
• Graduate of a registered Nursing Program
• Minimum 2 years in Patient Support Programs
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong computer and data management skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote team
