We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple locations supporting the construction industry. This role will provide leadership to equipment operators, scale attendants, and yard/pit personnel while coordinating with sales, dispatch, and logistics teams. The position is based out of Concord, with approximately 90% of the day spent travelling between sites.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily yard and pit operations.
Ensure efficient material flow, loading, unloading, weighing, and dispatch processes.
Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational performance.
Coordinate equipment availability and site readiness.
Oversee port and dock operations and ensure shipments are properly verified and handled.
Travel between provinces as required for port and dock operations.
Coordinate operating hours and staffing outside standard hours when required.

Qualifications
5+ years of operations, yard, pit, or site management experience.
Experience in construction, aggregates, materials supply, waste management, or a related industry.
Proven experience supervising front-line operational staff.
Strong understanding of construction materials, yard/pit operations, or logistics.




Working knowledge of Ontario health and safety regulations.
Heavy equipment experience is an asset.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong conflict-resolution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.
Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications.

Physical & Working Conditions
Approximately 90% travel between sites.
Primarily outdoor work in yards, pits, transfer stations, and customer locations.
Exposure to construction materials, heavy equipment, dust, noise, mud, and varying weather conditions.
Ability to climb on and off heavy equipment as required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
PPE required at all times.
Extended hours may occasionally be required based on operational demands.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Flexibility required based on operational needs.

Compensation
$95,000-115,000 annually
