About The Chance
Are you a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a role where your expertise is valued and your work-life balance is respected? We are looking for someone to join our team in Kelvin Grove on a casual bases delivering truly patient-centred care across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required. You will enjoy working with a supportive team while making a real difference in our community.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents
Implementing care plans, monitoring health status, administering medications
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, infection control standards
Adapting to different shift periods as required (morning / afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care across handovers
About You
You are a warm, compassionate Registered Nurse who has a passion for providing quality clinical care to the elderly. You approach every interaction with confidence, care and professionalism whether working with your residents,
collaborating with families or colleagues.
In addition;
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
Current NDIS Worker Screening
Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within Aged Care
Location: Carinity – Hilltop
Carinity – Hilltop, is located on a beautiful 2 ½ acre block overlooking the city and Victoria Park, offering both quiet and convenience. Hilltop accommodates beds for high, low and interim care, providing quality care to each and every resident.
