We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Duties
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring productive workflow and adherence to safety protocols
Manage medication inventory, including ordering, storage, and distribution
Supervise pharmacy staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy plans
Ensure accurate medication dispensing and administration in accordance with medical orders




Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy laws
Implement policies to improve patient care services and operational efficiency
Monitor medication safety practices and address any issues related to medication errors or adverse reactions
Stay updated on new medications, medical terminology, and industry best practices
Participate in hospital committees or interdisciplinary teams focused on patient care initiatives

Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta and eligible to act as a Licensee.
Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) preferred.
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Pay: $63.00-$66.00 per hour
