Job Summary
Wheaton Surrey is currently seeking a full time Service Department Appointment Coordinator to work in our busy department with other great staff members. We are located in the White rock/South Surrey area and have an awesome work environment. If you like to come to work where you enjoy being there, this is the shop for you.

Responsibilities

The role of this very significant position is to book our current and existing customer's vehicles in for routine maintenance and repairs and to balance technician, shop availability and customers requests for bookings.

Experience

The successful candidate should possess a friendly, outgoing personality, be very orgianized,



to work with little supervision and to be able to handle sometimes customers that may be a little stressed out over their vehicle issues.

Some marketing creative would also be helpful when it comes to promoting our service specials and General Motors Programs.

Wages

This position pays an hourly wage, plus serveral nice commissions and bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
