Duties:
Pour up impressions, trim models and mount cases
Fabricate bite blocks and custom trays
Set-up teeth ( both full and partial dentures)
Able to wax-up and carve set-ups ( both for try-ins and finishes)
Debulk, trim, fine trim, pumice and polish ( both full and partials for finish)
Confident in repairs, relines, rebases and mouth guards
Skilled at shade matching
Can work with both metal and acrylic partials
Able to bend wires
Invest and process dentures
Keep a clean and organized lab
Requirements:
Experience a must
Proficiency in dental terminology related to dentures.
Knowledge of denture clinic procedures and protocols.
Robust communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
