Jai Homes Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, and play a key role in helping families build their dream homes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful home sales
Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budget, and vision
Present floor plans, design options, and customization prospects
Guide clients through the entire sales journey with a seamless experience
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up systems

Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Develop marketing materials (brochures, ads, videos, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Attend community events, showhomes,



and industry networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales and/or marketing (real estate or construction is an asset)
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English, (Multilingual is an assest)
Proficient with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and performance-focused
Creative mindset with solid problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and within a team
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)

Monday to Thursday, Sat-Sun
Evenings
Work Location: In-person

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
