Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified, customer-focused individual to serve as both the first point of contact for visitors and a sales representative in our granite showroom. This role combines front desk responsibilities with inside sales, assisting customers in selecting granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer phone calls take messages and respond to inquiries
Maintain the front desk and showroom appearance, ensuring it is clean and welcoming
Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse, and installation teams.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general administrative tasks such as filling, scanning and data entry
Assist customers with product / service inquiries and provide detailed information.
Provide quotes, prepare sales orders, and follow up on open leads
maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.




Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Guide customers through stone selection, explaining differences in materials, finishes, and applications.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of granite, quartz, marble, and other materials offered.

Skills
Proven experience in sales is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, with strong negotiation skills and a focus on building long-term relationships.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Ability to learn technical product details and effectively convey them to customers.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Comfort with measuring and basic estimating for countertops or installations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
