Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and food preparation zones
Assist with food service operations, including basic food preparation and ensuring food safety compliance
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations and cash handling accurately
Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques
Ability to work flexible hours in a full time capacity, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
