Full-Time Lot Attendant

Jim Gauthier Cadillac is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Lot Attendant to join our team!

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Overtime may be available.

What You'll Do
Wash and clean cars, trucks, and SUVs
Move and park vehicles around the dealership
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lot
Deliver and pick up vehicles
Assist with snow clearing and winter lot maintenance
Perform general lot and dealership support duties as required

What We're Looking For
Valid full Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence is required
Learner's permits are not accepted
Robust work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable taking direction and completing multiple tasks




Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions — rain, snow, or shine
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but not required
