We are looking for a Line Cook to join the Mercatto Centrale team in Port Credit. We’re looking for someone who brings consistency, care, and a genuine interest in Italian-inspired cooking.

Who You Are
Comfortable following recipes and procedures to ensure consistency
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality standards
A team player who communicates clearly and respectfully
Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, station setup, and prep
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow your skills through hands-on training

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items from scratch
Responsible for executing service across the grill, pizza, and hot appetizer stations with consistency and efficiency
Communicate with the kitchen and dining room team to support smooth service
Support inventory rotation, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen setting
