Duties
Provide customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage
Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety standards are met
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and health histories
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize advantages
Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures, and foster a positive experience




Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care

Experience
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region
Proven experience delivering skilled massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their needs confidently
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, gather client feedback, and promote health education
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced workplace
