Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team with Maximum upto 80 % COMPENSATION. The ideal candidate will provide qualified massage services that promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being for clients. This role requires a robust understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience. The Massage Therapist will work in a tranquil environment dedicated to health and relaxation, helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized treatments.
Duties
Perform qualified massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other therapeutic techniques.
Assess clients’ conditions and discuss treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their concerns, and explain treatment options clearly.
Exceptional customer service skills to foster trust and ensure a positive experience for every client.
Ability to listen attentively and adapt massage techniques based on individual preferences and health conditions.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and a genuine desire to promote health and relaxation through therapeutic touch.
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory for internship positions; however, relevant training or experience is advantageous.
