Responsibilities
Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the kitchen and dining space in accordance with food safety regulations




Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure timely food delivery by managing time effectively during busy periods and coordinating with team members

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards to ensure safety and compliance
Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory management
Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen setting with kitchen experience preferred
Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members
Enthusiastic about upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and drive sales
