Responsibilities
Provide qualified massage therapy treatments to clients based on their specific health concerns and wellness goals

Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
Keep detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment notes
Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry best practices,



and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care

Requirements
Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment procedures
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that fosters trust and comfort
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Prior experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided for new graduates
