Job Summary

We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team in Osoyoos, B.C. In this role, you will work directly with clients to analyze financial information and prepare accurate tax returns. RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax Preparation: Interview clients and review financial documentation to prepare accurate T1 personal tax returns.
Client Compliance: Ensure all filings strictly adhere to CRA regulations and deadlines.
Client Advisory: Answer client questions regarding deductions, credits, and tax planning strategies.

SKILLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience preparing Canadian tax returns
Software: Proficient with professional tax software(e.g., Profile, DTMAX and accounting tools (e.g. Sage, Excel)
Knowledge: Robust understanding of current CRA laws, deductions and credits
Traits: Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
