Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a protected working setting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Support various departments with tasks as directed by supervisors.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Requirements




Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor setting is a plus.
