Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator to join our Dayhome , committed to fostering a positive learning workplace for children. Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of children, including those with disabilities
Facilitate classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Support children in their daily routines, including caregiving tasks such as feeding, dressing, and hygiene assistance
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met
Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of developmental milestones
Create a protected, inclusive, and nurturing classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning




Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities

Skills
Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Strong teaching abilities with a focus on early childhood development principles
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
Compassionate caregiving skills with patience and understanding
Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learners
Organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively
