Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. This role involves providing excellent guest service, accurately handling transactions, and supporting the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, food handling, and restaurant operations within a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Handle cashier duties including processing payments with cash, credit, or digital methods while packaging uber orders
Answering phone calls
Busing/Serving your tables
Hosting
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit




Follow all food handling and sanitation protocols to ensure safety and quality

Skills
Experience with POS systems
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous
Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Hospitality mindset with a proactive approach to upselling and guest engagement

Pay: $17.60 per hour
